FOG & XENON Projector Lights
FOGs
I really like the Touratech lights, but at the time they were backordered and 1 TT light costs about the same as all 4 of these lights.
XENONs
These lights are the standard Hella Fogs for automobiles, One set was modified to accomodate an HID setup with ballasts.
The Ballasts were mounted near the forks using the BestRest R1200GS HID Ballast Brackets. These had to be slightly modified to fit the Adventure Model.
I ordered the BestRest R1200GS LightBar (R12GS-LB) with SuperExtenders, I was going to mount them slightly offset to the top and bottom of the extenders.
After getting the kit that included the standard brackets, I decided to mount the shorter brackets directly to the now available turnsignal mounts.
Then I chose to not mount the BestRest Bar at all and go with 2 of the brackets from the stock luggage rack that came with my BMW setup that were removed to mount the Jesse Luggage System.
